Single equality scheme
Northumberland Care Trust works to promote equality regardless of gender, race and disability as well as eliminating discrimination and harassment. As part of the North East Strategic Health Authority equality, diversity and human rights network we have made a commitment to adopt a single equality scheme (SES) approach.
The single equality scheme addresses issues around race, disibility, gender, age, religion and belief, and sexual orientation.
The scheme will be regularly monitored and updated to make sure it reflects the views and priorities of local people and our staff.

Our previous schemes
