The Northumberland health improvement information and resources service provides health promotion information, advice and resources to all organisations in Northumberland. The health improvement service is working to help improve the health and well being of the population of Northumberland in accordance with both national and local directives. This includes the public health white paper ‘Choosing Health’ and the Northumberland Health Improvement Programme.
