Annual reports
Northumberland Care Trust is obliged to produce an annual report detailing the activities of the care trust throughout the previous year and contains information about highlights of the year, health initiatives, future plans and financial performance. This is a public document and is available in both printed and downloadable (PDF) formats.

Health Improvement annual report
This annual report describes the work and progress of health improvement programmes and initiatives within Northumberland in 2009 – 10 and gives an overview of the contribution that Health Improvement Services have made to improving health and reducing health inequalities within the county.
Involvement annual report
All primary care organisations are required to produce an annual report outlining involvement and consultation activities that have taken place over the preceding 12 months and in particular how the views of local people have influenced decisions.

The care quality commission declaration (formerly known as the healthcare commission) is produced every year and is submitted by the trust board to the Care Quality Commission. The Care Quality Commission is the independent watchdog for health and social care in England. Every year it assesses all NHS organisations and awards them a rating of weak – fair – good – excellent. The declaration details the Care Trust's compliance with standards for better health.

Northumberland multi-agency safeguarding adults board annual reports
The annual safeguarding adults board report describes the arrangements we have in place to protect people and provides details of the safeguardiing referrals made to Northumberland Care Trust in the year.
