Local area agreement
Northumberland Care Trust’s local area agreement (LAA) is an agreement between local partners and the government. It sets out a number of national and local priorities (known as outcomes) that partners will work together to achieve during the next three years.
The LAA is arranged around three interlocking themes:
- Quality of life
- Stronger economy
- Reducing inequalities
